- 1. Before you start, wear an unlined bra that supports your natural shape — no bralette or padded bra.
- 2. To find your bust measurement, wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust. Make sure the tape is kept horizontal. Hold it firmly, but not too tight.
- 3. To find your underbust measurement, wrap the measuring tape around your ribcage, directly and evenly beneath your bust.
