    For anyone who suffers from lower to mid back pain, I truly recommend this product. Keep using it for at least two weeks, twice a day for 10 minutes. You will first notice how bad the alignment of your spinal cord is in the first place after the first use. But stick with it, it does and will improve your back pain. It also helps to stretch your back and correct your posture. It you are persistent and make the time for it, you will feel the results.

    This is great for back pain. I start on the first level and then after 15 minutes move to the second level and add a pillow to keep my neck aligned. It stretches the back from top to bottom. I could see a difference with first use! I was truly amazed at how quickly it worked but I believe using it consistently is the key to it really working on back pain. So happy with purchase!

    Made of heavy duty plastic. This back stretcher is amazing. It is really comfortable. The blue thing that connects to the middle makes it super comfortable but isn’t necessarily needed. It’s great support. The pain in my lower back is gradually going away. The three different levels of arch make it really convenient. I don’t think anyone would regret buying this.
