I have an issue between my shoulder blades that’s been painful and my husband has a problem with his knee. I thought I’d give it a try. It’s very helpful!     If you find it too painful to begin using (lying on a hard floor), you can try using it on a softer surface. I was very sore after the first use, but this was evidence it really helped dig into knots and break up fascia!
