- HOW TO MEASURE YOURSELF:
- 1. Stand up straight on a flat surface with your feet slightly apart.
- 2. Wrap the measuring tape around your ankle, just above the ankle bone to find your ankle circumference.
- 3. Wrap the measuring tape around your thigh, about 5.9’’ (15cm) above your knee to find your thigh circumference.
- 4. Measure the distance from the floor to the thigh mark to find the length.
