I purchased this back strengther for lower back pain while walking daily. I like that it has three levelers to increase when needed. It relieves my pain when use daily or every other day. I recommend everyone to try it out.

OMG I was never able to image how does that work without trying it and thank God I did. An excellent tool and I highly recommend it. I still am at maximum level 2. Three is a bit too much at that point. Gravity is doing its job, for reals. Love it.

Made of heavy duty plastic. This back stretcher is amazing. It is really comfortable. The blue thing that connects to the middle makes it super comfortable but isn’t necessarily needed. It’s great support. The pain in my lower back is gradually going away. The three different levels of arch make it really convenient. I don’t think anyone would regret buying this.

Very effective for back pain relief, but the instructions could be clearer. It took me a while to figure out the best settings for my needs. Overall, a worthwhile purchase!
