    This brace works well for keeping my shoulders down. When I am preparing food for a meal, I am constantly raising my shoulders which makes them sore. This brace does a good job of keeping my shoulders down. However, it does not keep me from slouching when sitting down working at my computer. I wear it over a T-shirt and it is comfortable. I purchased a brace with hard plastic going down my back. That one keeps me from slouching but I can only wear it 45 to 60 minutes. This brace I can wear for hours.

    I love it! I’ve been trying to correct my posture forever! But it’s hard to remember to think about it all day… This thing is helping me stay conscious about it. One of the ways that it does that is by holding my shoulders back but the other is that it feels uncomfortable wearing it if I’m slauching. Which is what reminds me to sit up straight. Once you sit up, the discomfort goes away. So if you get this and then feel like complaining that you’re uncomfortable wearing it… sit up!
