This thing is amazing! I was skeptical at first but, wow! What a great little device! It has a few subtle vibration patterns if you’d like to add that to the heat. I chose the steady vibrate and it helped a lot. I definitely recommend this little device!!

For me personally, heat definitely works for muscle release and pain, especially during periods. This device heats really fast. It’s also very easy to unsnap and adjust belt, and I LOVE that there’s a release button right on the front so you can easily put this on and off

I ordered this heating pad as an on-the-go option for my intense menstrual cramps. The heating pad was very straightforward and easy to set up and use. I attached the heating pad with a strap to my abdomen. The heating feature and the massage feature both felt good and did the job of relieving my cramps. I like the fact that it’s small and portable, so I can throw it in my backpack or small purse to use on the go. Thank you!

This little heating pad works surprisingly well. It heats up nicely and even has massage vibration. The belt is stretchy and can be adjusted for different users. While it’s helpful for menstrual cramps, it can also be used for back pain by reversing it to sit on the back. Would recommend!
