I have a bad habit of stress eating…. As you can imagine, it’s impossible to lose weight with this habit… At least I used to think so! The book explains clearly and concisely how fasting affects your metabolism, your sense of hunger, your blood sugar and your brain. I have been using it for a fortnight now and have already lost 3kg! It can be difficult at times, but the book also has tips on what to do when you’re ready to give up. All in all, the book is great, I recommend it to everyone, especially those who are stressed out! P.S. I look at the pictures from the other reviews and just admire them! Great job everyone, I hope to add my photo to this review very soon too. ?

Everything is clearly explained, there are no complicated recipes or endless weighing of food and calorie counting (how much time I wasted on this, and all for what….). I don’t have time to go to the gym and make all those fancy salads6 which is why I bought this book. I lost 2kg in a fortnight, which is a good result for me! I will update my review after a month.
