I love the way this book is written, everything is so clear and reasonable. It’s nice to know what you’re doing and what you’re doing it for. Haven’t finished reading this book yet, but I’ve already learned many new and interesting things! Everything is clearly explained, there are no complicated recipes or endless weighing of food and calorie counting (how much time I wasted on this, and all for what….). I don’t have time to go to the gym and make all those fancy salads6 which is why I bought this book. I lost 2kg in a fortnight, which is a good result for me! I will update my review after a month.
